The Centre for Online and Distance Education (CODE) recently held its 20th annual RIDE conference, themed "Reflecting, Innovating, Developing and Envisioning the Future."
The event, which took place on 12-13 March 2026, featured the presentation of the Roger Mills Prize for innovation in Learning and Teaching 2026 by Professor Mary Stiasny.
Key themes explored at the conference included reflecting on two decades of technology-facilitated education, innovating to support learner success, developing inclusive and accessible education, and envisioning the future of online, distance, blended, and digital learning.
