Structuring Your Payments

Monthly vs Annual Billing

All plans are billed monthly by default. Switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings to save up to 20%. Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrade instantly — new features are available right away and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time from your account settings — no forms, no phone calls. You retain Pro access until the end of your paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription or renewal.

Invoices & VAT

PDF invoices are automatically emailed after each payment and available in your billing dashboard. VAT is applied where required by law based on your billing country.

Enterprise Invoicing

Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on net-30 terms. Purchase orders are accepted. Contact our sales team to set up a custom billing arrangement for your organisation.
