Stagecoach 2026 turned into a family reunion when Noah Cyrus brought out her father Billy Ray Cyrus and brother Braison Cyrus for a surprise performance during her set on April 24 in Indio, California.
The trio performed their emotional track "On Our Way Along," which was released on April 3. The song, co-produced by Braison, is described as a celebration of music and family.
"This was just an amazing day and I'll cherish this forever," Billy Ray told People after the show. "It was really special."
Noah, who is featured on the song from Billy Ray's upcoming album The Hill, expressed pride in working with her father and brother. "I'm really proud to be teaming up with my dad and my brother Braison for this song," she said in a press release. "Braison's produced a beautiful album and I'm happy to be just a small part of it and our father's legacy."
The appearance comes after Billy Ray recently joined Miley Cyrus for her Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special on Disney+. Miley has spoken about how her father kept her safe on set, saying, "My dad was on set every single day, so there was nothing that could happen that he wouldn't know about."
The Cyrus family has also worked to heal past rifts. Miley reconciled with her father after a years-long estrangement, telling Monica Lewinsky on her Reclaiming podcast, "I just kind of bust through the pile that's stacked, and just go, 'I'm here. You're here. Let's start by having a good time together.'"
The Stagecoach performance showcased the family's musical bonds and marked a heartwarming chapter in their ongoing story.
