Accuser Demands Security Footage in Stefon Diggs Sexual Assault Case

The man accusing NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs of sexual assault is now pushing for access to surveillance footage from the night of the alleged incident. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Christopher Blake Griffith has filed a motion asking a judge to compel Diggs to turn over security camera recordings from his Maryland home.

Griffith claims Diggs has failed to provide requested financial records, security footage, and other evidence relevant to the case. Specifically, he is seeking footage and access logs from May 20 to May 22, 2023. He alleges Diggs promised to look into the matter but never followed up, and that the failure to preserve such footage could constitute spoliation of evidence.

The legal battle began in November 2025 when Diggs sued Griffith for defamation, alleging Griffith spread false claims on social media that Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him. Griffith countersued for sexual assault, claiming Diggs drugged him after a celebrity basketball game and then assaulted him. He also alleged Diggs orchestrated a violent attack days later. Diggs has denied all allegations.

A judge has not yet ruled on the motion regarding the security footage.
