ADP Connect includes a company news feed for broadcasting announcements, integrated rewards tools, and a rewards marketplace powered by Fringe. The feature aims to enhance communication, collaboration, and recognition across distributed teams.
Available as part of ADP Workforce Now Enhanced HR, ADP Connect is designed to help employees feel more involved and valued, whether they are in the office or working remotely.
