In a recent discussion, Reganti explained that with AI, you might only spend 20% of your time building with an AI assistant—the remaining 80% goes into calibration.

"Identifying how your users behave with the product, how well the product is doing, and incorporating that as a flywheel so that you can continue to improve it."
