In a recent interview, Kim Jong-yoon, the creator of the popular AI chatbot 'Zeta' (also known as Iruda), shared his perspective on how entrepreneurs and individuals should approach artificial intelligence. Rather than viewing AI as a competitor or a source of fear, Kim emphasizes the importance of adopting a welcoming attitude.
"AI is not here to replace us, but to augment our capabilities," Kim stated. "The key is to see it as a collaborator that can handle repetitive tasks, freeing us to focus on creativity and deeper human connections."
Kim's remarks are part of a larger research initiative by the LSR Customer Research Institute, which has been conducting a project called BIG (Business Insight Group) since 2020. The project aims to predict and analyze changes in the daily lives of future customers. In 2024, they launched a three-part series on AI, covering technology, service expansion, and human attitudes. This interview, focusing on 'Attitude,' is the final installment of the 'AI Trilogy.'
The discussion highlights that while AI technology evolves rapidly, the human mindset remains the critical factor in successful adoption. Kim encourages entrepreneurs to experiment with AI tools, learn from failures, and maintain an open mindset to harness AI's potential for innovation.
