Bethenny Frankel, the former star of The Real Housewives of New York City, has publicly debuted her new romance with Miami-based financial advisor Shane L. Campbell. The couple was spotted together at the 2026 Global Champions Arabians Tour in Miami Beach, Florida, on April 10, where they were seen embracing among the crowd enjoying performances by 50 Cent and Sean Paul.
This new relationship emerges nearly two years after Frankel's split from her fiancé, Paul Bernon, in May 2024. The pair had been together for six years. Frankel's relationship history includes marriages to Peter Sussman from 1996 to 1997 and to Jason Hoppy from 2010 to 2016, with whom she shares a 15-year-old daughter, Bryn.
While Frankel has not yet publicly commented on Campbell specifically, she recently opened up on Instagram about a new, intentional romance. In an April 12 Instagram Reel, the Skinnygirl founder urged her followers not to settle for men who fail to make thoughtful plans.
"We went on a five-hour date," Frankel shared. "Then we proceeded to go on several dates, which were very planned out and very intentional and very chivalrous."
She described a particularly romantic gesture where her date offered to pick her up from the airport, which she called "very romantic, very deliberate." Frankel also hinted at an elaborate, Bachelor-style date that she chose not to disclose in detail.
"There are still amazing men out there. So do not settle," she advised her followers. "Do not accept breadcrumbs. Do not accept low hanging fruit and low lifts of just checking in with you and giving you the news and the weather. A man has to have a plan, move the ball forward and show you exactly how they feel about you."
Frankel revealed that she and this mystery man had met some time ago but recently reconnected at a bar with friends, leading him to reach out to set up their first official date.
