Bournemouth climbed to sixth in the Premier League table with a convincing 3-0 win over Crystal Palace at the Vitality Stadium, boosting their hopes of securing European football next season.
The home side controlled the match from the outset, taking the lead early and never looking back. Palace, who have now lost three of their last four games, offered little resistance as Bournemouth's sharp attacking play carved them open time and again.
Manager Andoni Iraola praised his team's performance: "We were aggressive from the first minute and deserved the three points. The lads showed great character and quality."
The result moves Bournemouth above Manchester United and into a Europa League spot, while Palace remain in 14th place, just seven points above the relegation zone.
