BTS has officially launched their monumental 2026-2027 world stadium tour, marking their grand return to the global stage with a spectacular opening night at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. The K-pop superstars thrilled fans by performing songs from their latest album, 'ARIRANG,' live for the very first time.
The tour, spanning 34 regions and 79 shows, represents the group's most extensive concert series to date and their first major tour in three years. The opening setlist featured 23 tracks, kicking off with the energetic new songs 'Hooligans' and 'Aliens,' followed by the fan-favorite 'Run BTS.' Other 'ARIRANG' tracks making their live debut included 'Come Over,' 'Please,' and 'Into The Sun.'
This launch follows a historic free comeback concert at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, which was livestreamed globally on Netflix to over 190 countries and drew approximately 104,000 attendees, setting a new record for the largest public concert ever held in South Korea. During that event, BTS also premiered 'ARIRANG' songs like 'Body to Body,' '2.0,' and 'Like Animals,' with leader RM performing seated due to a sprained ankle sustained in rehearsals.
The Goyang Stadium shows are the first of three nights scheduled at the venue this month, signaling the start of a global journey that promises to captivate audiences worldwide with new music and unparalleled performances.
