Nearly a year after Sophia Hutchins' tragic death in an ATV accident, her estate and Caitlyn Jenner are taking legal steps to access her Apple account. The estate, led by Sophia's mother Amy, filed documents Friday requesting a judge's order to bypass Apple's privacy restrictions.
The estate claims it cannot fulfill financial obligations, including paying income taxes or completing an inventory of assets, without access to the account. Apple has demanded a court order before granting access.
Caitlyn Jenner, who hired Hutchins as her manager, has also requested access, arguing that work-related information stored on Hutchins' computer and in the account is essential for her businesses.
Hutchins died in July 2025 from injuries sustained in an ATV crash. Toxicology reports later confirmed she had no drugs or alcohol in her system at the time of death.
