A young woman from Leyte living with severe dextroscoliosis had an emotional and unforgettable meeting with her idol, Kapuso star Caprice Cayetano, during a recent episode of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho."
Cindy Entira, 18, has severe dextroscoliosis, a condition that causes curvature of the spine, leading to unusually long limbs and chronic back pain. Despite her challenges, Cindy finds joy in dancing and listening to music.
"When I hear music, my problems go away," said Cindy, who also posts her dance videos on social media.
She has long admired Caprice, the Big Winner of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0," for her kindness, humor, and dancing skills. "I see her in PBB—she's kind, funny, loves to dance, and strong. I get kilig when I see her with Heath," Cindy shared.
The KMJS team brought Cindy from Leyte to Quezon City for a medical check-up, but the real surprise was meeting Caprice in person. Both became emotional upon seeing each other.
"We never thought we'd meet an artista because we live far away," said Cindy's grandmother, Ofelia Entira, who accompanied her.
Caprice gave Cindy a gift, while Cindy presented her with a handmade bracelet. "I'm so happy you agreed to see me. Thank you for the gift. I will never forget this," Cindy told Caprice.
Caprice responded, "Thank you too, Cindy. I'm happy to see you in person. More TikToks to come. Always look on the bright side. Don't give up."
The heartwarming encounter was featured on KMJS.
