Colman Domingo has sold his Los Angeles-area home for $2.1 million, TMZ has learned. The 'Michael' star, who portrays Joe Jackson in the upcoming biopic, closed the deal on Wednesday for $2,135,000.
The property, known as The Hofkin Residence, is a 1964 Mid-Century Modern gem. Domingo originally purchased the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in October 2018. The gated single-story estate features original mid-century details, including a teak kitchen, custom cabinetry, wood paneling, and beamed cathedral ceilings. Walls of glass create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while a sunken great room with a sculptural stone fireplace and built-in bar anchors the living space.
The primary suite boasts colorful tile made from remnants of Charles Kratka's mosaic tunnels at LAX. Outside, the 16,400-square-foot lot offers multiple hangout areas and a pool.
