Comm&Sense Taps Veteran PR Leader Andy Saracho as New President

Comm&Sense, a strategic communications firm, has appointed Andres "Andy" B. Saracho as its new president, effective immediately. Saracho brings nearly four decades of experience spanning public relations, journalism, and government communications.

A Public Relations Society of the Philippines-accredited professional, Saracho is known for expertise in media relations, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and strategic messaging. He previously served as vice president and head of the Veterans Affairs Office at Philippine Veterans Bank, and earlier as communications director for the Millennium Challenge Account–Philippines, which implements US-funded infrastructure and anti-poverty programs.

Saracho also worked on economic policy and international development at the Department of Finance, and began his career as a business reporter covering banking, finance, and economic affairs. He was recently elected to the Board of Trustees for the Global Alliance in Asia and the Pacific.

"Andy is a communicator who understands both the craft and the larger context in which communication operates," said Comm&Sense CEO Jaeger Tanco. "His experience across journalism, government institutions, development programs, and corporate organizations gives him a distinctly broad and keen perspective on how narratives shape institutions and public trust."

Managing Director Charlotte Reyes noted that Saracho's appointment marks an exciting step as the firm expands its strategic communications reach and capabilities.
