Congressman's Alleged Misconduct Sparks Husband's Legal Warning

A California congressman faces escalating controversy as the husband of an influencer has issued a public warning following allegations that the politician sent unsolicited explicit photos to his wife.

Adam Parkhomenko, married to social media personality Ally Sammarco, posted a direct message to Representative Eric Swalwell on Saturday, stating: "If Eric Swalwell or his attorney makes a single statement that disparages my wife, I will be filing a lawsuit against him."

Parkhomenko added, "I've already made clear that if he believes anything I've said is untrue, he should sue me immediately."

The warning follows Sammarco's previous statements to CNN, where she claimed Swalwell sent her unsolicited nude photographs and would sometimes jog in her neighborhood, asking her to come downstairs from her apartment to meet him outside.

"It made me feel gross and uncomfortable. I didn't ask for that," Sammarco told the publication.

These allegations come amid more serious accusations against the congressman. A former staffer, speaking to CNN anonymously, claimed she went to a bar with Swalwell and blacked out, only remembering a moment when he was on top of her. She alleges she tried to push him off but he continued.

The mounting accusations have prompted prominent Democratic leaders, including Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, to call for Swalwell to withdraw from the California governor's race. Swalwell has consistently denied all allegations against him.
