Damian Lillard's former wife, Kay'la Lillard, has taken legal action against a woman she believes may have had a child with the NBA star. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Kay'la issued a subpoena to Justie Wolf, demanding answers about Wolf's child and her communications with Lillard.
The subpoena seeks copies of all messages between Lillard and Wolf regarding a child named Aura, particularly those exchanged after Lillard learned he might be the father. Kay'la also requests paternity test results, any nondisclosure agreements related to the matter, and photographs of Lillard with the child.
However, Wolf is reportedly opposing the subpoena, according to court filings. Lillard filed for divorce from Kay'la in October 2023 after two years of marriage. The former couple shares three children.
