Dick Van Dyke, 100, Dances with Legendary Musician Herb Alpert in Malibu

Dick Van Dyke, the 100-year-old entertainment icon, proved he's still got the moves during a community outing in Malibu on April 26. Attending with his wife Arlene Silver, Van Dyke was seen dancing along to a performance when he was interrupted by a special guest: renowned musician Herb Alpert. The moment was captured by Van Dyke's personal photographer Laura Johansen, who shared it on Instagram.

In the video, Alpert, 91, introduces himself and Van Dyke responds with a laugh, "Gotta keep moving!"

Van Dyke, who turned 100 in December, previously spoke to People about his secret to a long and happy life. "I feel really good for 100," he said. "Sometimes I have more energy than others—but I never wake up in a bad mood."

He credits his wife of 14 years, Arlene Silver, for keeping him active and joyful. "She's responsible for keeping me in the moment. She kept me happy every day of my life, every day," he told People. "I wouldn't even be here, I wouldn't be 100 years old if it weren't for her, and that's no kidding."

The couple recently celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary on March 1, with Silver posting a tribute on Instagram. Van Dyke added, "I've fallen in love with her more every day."
