Diddy's Top Aide Scores Legal Victory as Court Dismisses Sex Trafficking Claims by Male Accuser

Kristina Khorram, longtime assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs, has secured a significant legal win after a judge threw out sex trafficking and sexual battery claims brought against her by a former male employee.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled in June that Phillip Pines failed to provide sufficient evidence to hold Khorram liable for the alleged crimes. The judge stated that Pines did not demonstrate that Khorram had knowledge of any alleged sexual battery or that she knew about or benefited from any alleged sex trafficking.

Pines, who worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021, had sued both the music mogul and Khorram in 2024, alleging he was forced to set up hotel rooms for Diddy's so-called "freak-offs," stocking them with baby oil, sex toys, and other items, and later cleaning up.

Khorram, whom another male accuser had likened to Ghislaine Maxwell, has consistently denied all allegations. Diddy's legal team also dismissed Pines' claims at the time, stating that "no matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone."

This dismissal marks a major victory for Khorram, who remains a central figure in ongoing legal battles surrounding Diddy.
