DJI has unveiled the Osmo Pocket 4, the latest iteration of its popular compact steadicam camera. While it doesn't reinvent the formula set by its predecessor, the Pocket 4 refines nearly every aspect, offering incremental improvements that solidify its position as a top choice for vloggers and content creators.

The new model maintains the familiar design of the Pocket 3 but introduces enhanced stabilization, improved low-light performance, and a slightly larger sensor. However, the most significant change might be its absence from the US market, following a trend with recent DJI drone releases.

For existing Pocket 3 owners, the upgrade may not be compelling enough to warrant a purchase. But for newcomers or those seeking the best pocket-sized gimbal camera, the Pocket 4 represents a polished and capable option. The device still lacks a built-in microphone jack for external audio, a minor oversight that might frustrate serious videographers.

Despite the lack of groundbreaking changes, the Osmo Pocket 4 delivers exactly what fans expect: reliable performance in a portable form factor. DJI continues to dominate this niche, and the Pocket 4 is further proof that even small improvements can matter.
