Christopher Bailey, the fashion designer renowned for transforming Burberry into a global powerhouse, has led a group of private investors in acquiring Burleigh Pottery, a 175-year-old ceramics company based in Stoke-on-Trent.
The iconic pottery manufacturer, founded in 1851 and celebrated for its intricate floral patterns, confirmed that Bailey's investment guarantees uninterrupted production at its historic Middleport Pottery site, preserving the legacy of its cups, saucers, and plates.
