Fresh off a show-stopping performance at the 2026 Reading & Leeds Festival, US pop sensation Sombr has revealed plans for a sweeping UK and European tour in 2027. The upcoming run of shows, serving as an extension of his blockbuster ‘You Are The Reason’ tour, includes a highly anticipated stop at London's O2 Arena with Suki Waterhouse as a special guest.
The 21-year-old artist recently dominated the main stage—now dubbed The Grid—at Reading & Leeds, drawing one of the festival's largest crowds. He made headlines with a theatrical entrance, emerging from an ambulance stretcher alongside collaborator Slayyyter to kick off a high-energy set.
The newly announced 2027 European leg will begin on May 8 at the Unity Arena in Oslo, Norway. Throughout May, Sombr will bring his live show to major arenas across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, and the Netherlands. Rising stars Ravyn Lenae and Jessie Mazin are slated to provide support for these mainland Europe dates.
In June, the tour shifts its focus to the UK and Ireland for a mix of arena and outdoor shows, including dates at Dublin’s Malahide Castle, Belfast’s Belsonic Ormeau Park, and the Glasgow Summer Sessions. The UK run culminates in a mammoth headline show at The O2 in London on June 22, featuring Suki Waterhouse as the opening act.
The expansive tour caps off a whirlwind era for Sombr, whose critically acclaimed debut studio album, I Barely Know Her, dropped last summer following the viral success of his breakthrough track "Back To Friends." He has kept the momentum going through 2026 with a string of new singles, including "Homewrecker," "Potential," and his latest introspective anthem, "My Body Isn’t Ready."
Sombr's strong connection to his British fanbase was evident at the 2026 BRIT Awards, where he was nominated for International Artist and International Song. Speaking at the ceremony, the singer expressed profound gratitude for how the UK has embraced his music, citing legendary British acts like The Beatles, David Bowie, and Oasis as major personal inspirations. "I love America, but I think acts from the UK just beat them, in terms of iconic acts," he shared.
General ticket sales for the 2027 tour will begin on Friday, September 4 at 10:00 a.m. local time, with presale access launching on Wednesday, September 2.
