In the latest episode of "Setouchi Startup Flag" (Setofura), Takamasa Takatsuji, director of Yamadaya Co., Ltd. and sixth-generation successor of the historic "Yamadaya Manju" confectionery, shares his unique transition from a TV Tokyo employee to a traditional business leader. The program, which highlights entrepreneurs and successors from Japan's Setouchi region, features two local VCs who pose questions to the guest in the segment "Ask Fujita Yamada!"
