A new five-day on-campus programme, Leading Systemic Innovation in Healthcare, aims to equip healthcare executives, policymakers, and industry innovators with the skills to drive transformation across complex health ecosystems. Introduced by Programme Director Andy Wilkins, the curriculum covers systemic innovation, AI-enabled advancements, emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks, and leadership strategies for fostering holistic, patient-centred care.

Participants will engage in expert-led sessions examining the future of healthcare, including personalised medicine, digital health models, and functional care approaches. The programme is designed to help leaders redesign services, navigate policy landscapes, and implement innovative solutions that improve both population-level outcomes and organisational performance.

“We are preparing leaders to think beyond incremental change and embrace systemic transformation,” said Wilkins.

The programme reflects a growing emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence and digital tools into healthcare delivery, aiming to create more resilient and responsive health systems.
