A devastating tragedy has struck the Ugandan capital of Kampala, where four young children were brutally stabbed to death at an early learning center.
The horrifying attack unfolded at the Ggaba Early Childhood Development Program school, located in the city's Makindye Division. According to the local Daily Monitor newspaper, the victims were toddlers aged between two and three years old. Eyewitnesses and local residents reported that the assailant managed to bypass security by posing as a parent.
