Hotel101 Madrid Surpasses P387M in Bookings in First Month

Hotel101-Madrid has generated over 45,000 room night bookings worth 5.44 million euros (approximately P387 million) since its March opening, the company disclosed on Tuesday. The 680-room hotel in Madrid's Valdebebas district is now producing recurring revenues, marking a significant milestone for the hospitality brand founded by tycoons Tony Tan Caktiong and Edgar "Injap" Sia II.

High occupancy and steady bookings are expected to sustain revenue generation in the coming months. The hotel's location near major transport and commercial hubs enhances accessibility and guest traffic. Additionally, Hotel101-Madrid has been named the official hotel partner of the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix from 2026 to 2035.

The strong debut comes as the hotel chain accelerates its global expansion, with projects in the Philippines and Japan. The 482-room Hotel101-Niseko is scheduled to open in December 2026 and is expected to generate recurring revenues in Japanese yen.
