Dylogy's second Open House in Lyon brought together insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and technologists to tackle a pressing question: how to scale generative AI in insurance beyond the pilot stage.
The event featured a keynote on the journey from deployment to scaling, highlighting what works, what breaks, and what it takes to move from pilot to production at speed. Five hands-on demo stations addressed key challenges: end-to-end AI for contract analysis and benchmarking, claims processing and prevention with knowledge graphs, AI-assisted compliance for comparison services and duty of advice, multimodal models for streamlining policy operations, and enterprise risk management in the agentic era.
Speakers included Robin Beaudet (Head of Machine Learning, Dylogy), Alexandre Siri (Product Actuary, Gedeon), Arnaud Fournier (CEO, Lya Protect), Swan Broutard (Exiom Partners), Margaux Déchant (Head of Reinsurance Legal Counsel, Howden Re), and Alexandre Veber (Director Broking & Structured Solutions, Howden Re).
The next edition is planned. Follow Dylogy for updates.
