Nicole Olivera, the mother of Louis Russell's child, claims that 'Love Island USA' star Huda Mustafa is actively evading service of a restraining order petition, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Olivera's legal team says a process server attempted to serve Mustafa at her luxury condo in North Carolina, but was turned away by security who threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. The filing alleges that Mustafa is "actively evading service" to avoid the legal proceedings.
However, a representative for Mustafa denies the claim, stating, "Huda is not evading service, and any suggestion otherwise is inaccurate. No attempt has been made to serve her while she has been present at her residence, with attempts instead occurring while she has been away working on music for her upcoming rollout. She will address any legal matters through the proper and mature way — via her legal team."
The temporary restraining order, previously filed by Olivera, accuses Mustafa of breaking into her Los Angeles apartment building and making threats. A judge signed off on the order, requiring Mustafa to stay 100 yards away from Olivera.
A source with direct knowledge of the situation told TMZ that Mustafa has never contacted Olivera and denies the allegations.
