Imperial College London has introduced an intensive five-day on-campus programme titled Digital Transformation Strategy, aimed at equipping mid-to-senior executives with the skills to lead digital change.
Led by Daniel Rowles, the course offers a comprehensive overview of digital strategy, covering transformation frameworks, digital cultures, and the practical application of emerging technologies such as AI, data science, Web 3.0, blockchain, and decentralised autonomous organisations.
Participants will engage in hands-on tool exploration, peer collaboration, and coaching from both academic and industry experts. The programme culminates in a final pitch session where attendees refine and stress-test their digital transformation plans, leaving with a fully developed, actionable strategy tailored to their organisation.
"Digital Transformation Strategy is designed for leaders who want to deliver real organisational impact through digital innovation," said a spokesperson for Imperial Lifelong Learning.
The programme is open to executives across industries seeking to build a robust digital roadmap.
