Imperial Lifelong Learning Launches New Sustainability Strategy Programme

Participants of the Executing Sustainability Strategies programme have shared their reflections on the five-day on-campus course, designed to help leaders refine, validate, and implement sustainability strategies that drive meaningful organizational impact. The programme offers a holistic approach to execution, covering systems thinking, organizational culture, structural change, stakeholder engagement, and governance mechanisms. Drawing on expertise from Imperial's sustainability centres and world-leading faculty, participants receive dedicated coaching, work with peers to stress-test their plans, and gain frameworks for overcoming cultural, political, and operational barriers to implementation. The programme is intended for sustainability champions, senior leaders, innovators, and those responsible for delivering organization-wide sustainability initiatives.
