Prosecutors allege the defendant, whose identity remains partially redacted in court documents, acted as a key intermediary between Tehran and Khartoum, facilitating the transfer of sensitive military technology in violation of international sanctions. Court filings suggest the transactions were structured to conceal their origins, using front companies and complex financial arrangements to mask the Iranian government's involvement.
