In a stunning WrestleMania 42 moment that electrified Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, country music star Jelly Roll made an explosive wrestling debut by sending commentator Pat McAfee crashing through the announcer's table during Saturday night's main event.
The chaotic scene unfolded just before the scheduled WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton. Jelly Roll, appearing unexpectedly to support Rhodes, immediately targeted McAfee, who was positioned in Orton's corner.
McAfee was thrown onto the table by Rhodes, who then cleared the way for Jelly Roll to sprint from a neighboring table and deliver a crushing elbow drop directly through McAfee's chest. The impact shattered the table into pieces, sending splinters flying across the ringside area.
The injured McAfee was subsequently stretchered from the arena, though not before defiantly flipping off the roaring crowd. His removal temporarily leveled the playing field as the championship bout finally commenced.
