Jesse Williams and Alejandra Onieva are expecting their first child together, just weeks after news broke of their secret wedding. The "Grey's Anatomy" star and the Spanish actress are already parents to a growing bump, which Onieva subtly debuted on Instagram recently.
In a series of photos, Onieva showcased her baby bump while wearing a cropped white sweater and striped pants, as well as a red minidress on the beach, cradling her belly. The pregnancy announcement comes on the heels of revelations that the couple quietly tied the knot in a low-key ceremony months ago, according to sources.
Williams and Onieva first met in 2025 while filming the series "Hotel Costiera" on Italy's Amalfi Coast. By fall of that year, they had gone public with appearances in Madrid, Rome, and at the San Sebastián Film Festival.
This will be Williams' third child. He shares two children with ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee, from whom he split in 2017.
