Joe Francis, the founder of the controversial 'Girls Gone Wild' franchise, has become a father once again. The 53-year-old has welcomed a baby girl named Juliet Aurelia Francis, born on March 18 in Mexico City through a surrogate mother. According to sources close to the situation, Francis used a European egg donor and a surrogate to expand his family.
Francis is reportedly overjoyed with his new daughter, calling her the "best baby" and telling those around him she is absolutely perfect. This new arrival comes amid a bitter and ongoing estrangement from his twin daughters, Alexandria Claire and Athena Olivia, now 11 years old. The twins were also born via IVF in October 2014.
Francis has been entrenched in a messy legal battle with their mother, Abbey Wilson. In the past, he has made claims that Wilson kidnapped the twins. As a result, sources say Francis is being extremely cautious with Juliet and is not letting her out of his sight. He currently has no contact with Abbey and has not seen his twin daughters for an extended period.
