A senior vice president at JPMorgan Chase has filed a lawsuit accusing his female supervisor of drugging him and forcing him into non-consensual sexual acts, according to court documents.
The plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, filed the suit Monday against Lorna Hajdini, an executive director in the bank's Leveraged Finance division. Doe claims Hajdini used her authority to pressure him into what he describes as "humiliating sex acts," despite his repeated pleas to stop and the fact that he is married.
In the lawsuit, Doe alleges that Hajdini admitted to slipping him "roofies"—a common date-rape drug—on multiple occasions. On one instance, he says she forced him to have sex while berating him to the point of tears. On another, she allegedly told him that if he wanted a promotion to executive director, he would have to earn it by pleasing her sexually.
Doe also describes a disturbing incident at a company event where Hajdini grabbed his genitals and rubbed her saliva-covered hands over his head and neck. At that same event, he claims she referred to him as her "little Arab boy toy." In another instance, she allegedly offered him a "Birthday BJ," calling him her "little brown boy."
The harassment allegedly began in spring 2024 when the two started working together. Doe says Hajdini made her first advance by dropping a pen near his desk and, while retrieving it, caressed his leg and remarked, "Oh, you did play basketball in college? … I love basketball players … they get me so wet."
Doe's lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for sexual battery, gender discrimination, and retaliation. JPMorgan Chase has not yet commented on the allegations.
