Justin Rose Finishes 65th in First Outing with McLaren Golf Clubs

England's Justin Rose tied for 65th place at two over par in the Cadillac Championship, marking his debut with clubs manufactured by Formula 1 team McLaren. The 2026 event, held at Doral's Blue Monster Course in Miami, was won by American Cameron Young with a score of 19 under par—six strokes ahead of compatriot Scottie Scheffler.

Rose, who signed with McLaren as their first PGA Tour professional earlier this year, struggled through the first three rounds, sitting six over par. However, he rallied on Sunday with a four-under 68, finishing the tournament on a positive note. The Englishman has been without a club manufacturer deal since parting ways with Honma in 2020.

Cameron Young clinched his third PGA Tour victory, celebrating in front of U.S. President Donald Trump, who was in attendance. World number one Scottie Scheffler recorded his third consecutive runner-up finish, following his second-place at the Masters. Ben Griffin finished third, one stroke further back, while England's Alex Fitzpatrick shared ninth place on nine under par.
