Country music star Kacey Musgraves has shared what she describes as the "craziest f--king orb UFO experience" of her life, documenting unexplained lights she witnessed during a recent flight.
Musgraves and her manager Bobby were traveling from Fort Worth, Texas, to Nashville when she noticed unusual lights outside the aircraft. "I'm a noticer. I'm always noticing things," she explained in an Instagram video posted April 10. "I was about to lay down and take a nap and I saw these lights that caught my eye that just didn't look normal. I watched them for a minute and they were definitely trailing each other."
The singer, 37, said she and Bobby observed the mysterious orbs for approximately 45 minutes from their vantage point at 50,000 feet, capturing several videos despite the challenging nighttime conditions. "These orbs were not moving like any craft that we can control," Musgraves detailed. "They were intermittently coming and going, forming triangle patterns. They were kind of an orangish color."
According to Musgraves, the unidentified objects followed their plane all the way to Nashville. Upon arrival, she discovered the flight crew had also witnessed the phenomenon. "Both pilots were laughing, kind of," she recounted. "They were like, 'Yeah, we have seen these every single night and all the other pilots are seeing them, too. And nobody knows what they are.' One of the pilots said, 'Yeah, I was in New York last night and I saw 'em,' and the other pilot said, 'I was in Dallas and I saw them also.'"
Musgraves has since reached out to her fans, asking if anyone else has experienced similar unexplained aerial phenomena. She noted this sighting represents just one of "many, many, many, very strange, unexplainable things" she has observed throughout her life.
Despite having video evidence, the Grammy-winning artist acknowledged skepticism would likely follow. "You could have the best, most high quality footage of something," she said, "and no one would believe it anyway."
In a follow-up message, Musgraves added: "S--t is weird. But [I'm] here for it. I'm open to it, I'm here for it."
