Kathy Hilton, star of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' is pushing back against a lawsuit filed by a house guest who claims she was injured on Hilton's property. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Hilton denies the allegations and argues that the guest, Kimberly Heffington, may have caused her own injuries.
Hilton filed an affirmative defense suggesting that Heffington's injuries resulted from her own actions, specifically by exposing herself to a "known danger." Hilton maintains she should not be held liable for Heffington's right knee injury.
Heffington initially claimed she fell after becoming "caught in between uneven pavers" while walking from the tennis court to the pool area at Hilton's Bel Air mansion in 2024. She is seeking more than $50,000 per year for future medical expenses, as well as unspecified damages.
The legal battle continues as Hilton's team prepares to argue that the injury was not due to negligence on her part.
