The couple, known from the reality series Bringing Up Bates, attended an Easter Sunday church service together on April 5 with their two young children.
A photo shared on Katie's Instagram Stories captured the family of four dressed in coordinated pink and blue outfits. Katie held their 18-month-old son Harvey, while both parents held hands with their 3-year-old daughter Hailey. Katie affectionately noted her daughter's wide-brimmed hat as "my new favorite thing" in the post.
The reunion comes more than two months after Travis, 25, confessed to cheating on his wife in a January Instagram Stories post, writing that he had "repeatedly broke her trust." His admission came just one day after Katie shared that they had suffered a pregnancy loss.
Since then, both have been working to repair their four-year marriage. Travis reflected on this period in a March 3 Instagram post, stating, "The last couple months have been humbling. A lot of hard work, therapy, time with God... I know I'm not owed anything, but I am desperately fighting for my wife and my family every single day."
Katie has also been actively addressing the situation, attending what she described as a "four day therapy intensive" in February. She explained on her Instagram Stories at the time, "I don't really feel equipped to handle something like this on my own, so getting help feels important. I know I can't pour into anything else well if I'm not actually working through this in a healthy way."
While acknowledging uncertainty about how much of her journey she would share publicly, Katie expressed gratitude for the support she has received, writing, "Thank you for the kindness and grace you've shown me. It truly means a lot."
The Easter service appearance represents their first public family outing since the scandal emerged, signaling a potential new chapter in their relationship as they continue their efforts toward reconciliation.
