Kato Kaelin, the witness who famously stayed in O.J. Simpson's guest house during the murders, and his wife Nan Xue Kaelin are calling it quits after less than five years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the couple filed a joint petition for dissolution in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday. They tied the knot on September 17, 2021, and separated on August 1, 2025.
The filing indicates the pair have no minor children together, no real estate holdings, and no shared assets or debts to settle. Both parties have waived any right to spousal support.
Kaelin told TMZ, "Nan is the most wonderful and beautiful woman in the world. We will 4EVER be great friends and have laughter between us. Please respect our privacy."
Kaelin has remained a pop culture figure for decades due to his connection to the O.J. Simpson murder trial, where he testified as a key witness after living in Simpson's guesthouse at the time of the killings.
