Kendra Duggar has reportedly gone off the grid, retreating to a secluded location with her children immediately after being released from police custody.
Following her arrest on March 20, the former reality television star spent just 90 minutes at an Arkansas detention center before posting a $1,470 bond. Once freed, she wasted no time escaping the public eye.
According to a report by People, Kendra spoke with her husband, Joseph Duggar, who remains behind bars at the Washington County Detention Facility. During the jailhouse phone call, she updated him on her whereabouts, stating, "They brought me to a good place to stay that's very private."
The couple's current legal turmoil stems from a recent police raid on their family home. Authorities slapped both Kendra and Joseph with four misdemeanor counts each of false imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child.
While Kendra is currently out on bail at her undisclosed hideout, Joseph's legal woes are significantly heavier. He was taken into custody days before his wife and is dealing with an additional, reportedly unrelated case out of Florida. In that jurisdiction, he is facing serious charges of lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
