"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore has vacated her hair salon in Atlanta following a heated legal battle with her landlord, TMZ has learned.
Photos obtained by TMZ show furniture from Kenya Moore Hair Spa piled on the street outside the location. Moore confirmed the move, stating, "I have spent the last several weeks moving out of my salon as a result of my ongoing legal battle with the landlord who has failed to reimburse me nearly $80K of improvement funds I am rightfully owed. My only recourse was to withhold rent and file a countersuit." She added, "I already have my outfit laid out for court chile!"
Moore thanked her clients and hinted at a new chapter, saying, "Stay tuned!"
The dispute began when a Georgia judge ordered Moore's company, Moore Vision Media, to pay nearly $88,000 in unpaid rent and utilities—split into two $44,000 payments—and continue paying about $5,500 monthly rent unless she vacated. The landlord later claimed Moore missed the first payment and sought immediate possession of the property.
Moore opened the salon in 2024 and has countersued, alleging the landlord failed to make promised improvements. The drama is far from over.
