Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have ignited fresh speculation about their relationship status after the Formula 1 champion shared a video on Instagram that featured the reality star in the passenger seat of his car.
In the clip posted on April 6, Hamilton, 41, is seen driving a red Ferrari through the streets of Tokyo. As the vehicle drifts around a corner, Kardashian, 45, becomes visible beside him. When asked about the experience, she responded with a smile, saying, "That's insane."
This marks the first time Kardashian has appeared on Hamilton's social media, though fans have previously speculated about his presence on her accounts. In a February video where Kardashian and her sisters attempted a TikTok trend, some viewers claimed to recognize Hamilton's laughter in the background.
"When the right person comes along, I'll be so ready and everything will be fine," Kardashian said in a November episode of The Kardashians, discussing her openness to new relationships.
The couple's connection first made headlines in January when they were spotted at the same New Year's Eve party in Aspen, Colorado. Rumors intensified the following month after they were seen boarding a private flight from the United Kingdom to Paris together.
Kardashian was in Japan last month with her sister Khloé and her four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—while Hamilton prepared for the Japanese Grand Prix. The SKIMS founder documented parts of the trip on her own Instagram account.
Hamilton has also shown support for Kardashian on social media, leaving a heart-eye emoji on her March 16 post from the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party while he was competing in Shanghai.
Neither Kardashian nor Hamilton has publicly commented on the nature of their relationship.
