Kyle Cooke has publicly criticized his Summer House co-star West Wilson for his conduct during the show's explosive season 10 reunion taping. Taking to Threads on April 28, the Loverboy founder claimed that West failed to support Amanda Batula — Kyle's estranged wife — when the pair faced tough questions about their controversial romance.
"He's all PR and zero intention or integrity," Kyle wrote. "The reunion was a brutal beat down and I can't recall a moment when he had Amanda's back."
Kyle's outburst came in response to fan speculation that West remained oddly silent in leaked audio from the April 23 filming. While viewers will have to wait for the aired episode to see the full exchange, the sports reporter has previously defended Amanda against online backlash. On his podcast Show Me Something, West said, "I just wish if people had s--t to talk, they could deliver it to me."
Host Andy Cohen has described the reunion as "one of the most emotional" and "draining" in the series' history, noting that it was fueled by "deep anger, deep hurt" over the love triangle drama. West has expressed hope of mending broken friendships when the reunion airs, but Kyle's latest comments suggest that healing may still be far off.
