Kyle Richards isn't shying away from the financial realities of her separation from Mauricio Umansky. In an exclusive sneak peek at part two of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 reunion, the reality star made a bold declaration about their fortune.
When Andy Cohen asked if she would seek half of Umansky's real estate agency, The Agency, Richards didn't hesitate: "Well, it's mine. Half of it's mine."
The comment drew gasps from fellow cast members, including Bozoma Saint John, while Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton quipped, "Does he realize that?"
Richards, who has been married to Umansky for over 30 years and shares four daughters with him, defended her stance. "We built our lives together. He literally had two nickels when I married him," she said, noting there is no prenup.
Costar Amanda Francis pointed out that Umansky launched The Agency on RHOBH, while Sutton Stracke warned, "Money changes things, especially men. Men and money, they become a beast together."
But Richards remained firm: "It doesn't change that half is mine."
Richards also opened up about why she hasn't filed for divorce nearly three years after their separation. "No, I think it's just not knowing what you want and I like the way it is," she explained. "The way we can have dinner and he goes to his room, I go to my room. We wake up, have coffee in the morning, talk about what we're gonna do, we go skiing."
She admitted the thought of changing their current dynamic is "scary" because "it would change."
Part two of the RHOBH reunion airs Thursday, April 30, at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
