After high winds forced a temporary evacuation at Stagecoach Festival on Saturday night, headliner Lainey Wilson made up for lost time by bringing out special guests—including country star Riley Green, whose own set was canceled due to the weather.
Wilson took the main stage following a one-hour delay, joking to the crowd, "I hope y'all sat in your cars and drank some tequila." The winds had prompted festival organizers to order attendees out of Indio's Empire Polo Club, and several acts—including Green and Journey—saw their performances canceled entirely.
In addition to Green, Wilson was joined by Little Big Town. She described the interrupted festival as "country music Christmas." The singer-songwriter headlined a lineup that also featured Post Malone and Cody Johnson, bouncing back from the chaotic weather to deliver a memorable set.
