In a recent TikTok video posted on April 8, the 23-year-old playfully addressed a fan's suggestion that she and Wheeler might be in a "lavender relationship"—a term often describing relationships between people of different sexual orientations. Vodicka captioned the clip "best gbf everrrr," turning the speculation into a lighthearted joke.
Beyond the jest, Vodicka expressed genuine satisfaction with her relationship with Wheeler, 39, who she says matches every quality she listed for her ideal partner just days before they met. "Fun fact i made a list of all the qualities i wanted in my future mans 10 days before andrew and i met & he has every single one," she wrote, adding with humor, "forgot to specify age."
The TikTok video shows the couple dancing on a balcony as Vodicka mouths lyrics to SZA's "Big Boy," with Wheeler wrapping his arms around her and kissing her neck. She emphasized her appreciation for his height in the caption: "ur sign to specify height when manifesting ur future mans."
Despite their 16-year age difference and long-distance relationship—with Vodicka in San Diego and Wheeler in Baltimore with his two teenage daughters—the couple remains committed. Wheeler recently shared his hopes for their future on The Viall Files reunion episode, stating, "I want to see that we can move in together, that the relationship is headed to us getting engaged, spending the rest of our life together before we make that introduction."
Vodicka respects Wheeler's cautious approach to introducing her to his children, appreciating his maturity. "When there's kids in the picture, it's hard for me to talk about because I never want to overstep," she explained. "I just honestly am mostly respectful of his maturity to the situation."
