Lovable Brings AI-Powered 'Vibe Coding' to Mobile with New iOS and Android App

Lovable, a startup specializing in AI-driven app development, has launched its 'vibe-coding' app on both iOS and Android, enabling developers to build web apps and websites directly from their smartphones. The app allows users to generate code using voice or text prompts, letting them capture ideas on the go and letting Lovable's AI agent handle the build autonomously.

Users can seamlessly switch between desktop and mobile, picking up projects from where they left off, and receive notifications when a build is ready for review.

The launch comes amid increased scrutiny from Apple on vibe-coding apps. Apple recently blocked updates to tools like Replit and Vibecode, citing security concerns over apps that download new code or change their functionality. However, Lovable's app was approved as it adheres to App Store guidelines by not allowing arbitrary code execution.

Lovable's mobile app is now available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, offering a new way for developers to code on the move.
