Louis Russell, the boyfriend of "Love Island" star Huda Mustafa, has ended his legal battle with his ex-girlfriend Nicole Olivera over custody of their son Luka. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the "Too Hot to Handle" star filed a motion to dismiss the case without prejudice on April 28.
Russell had previously accused Olivera of cutting off his visitation time with their son, alleging she used the child as a "bargaining chip." He claimed Olivera reneged on a promise to keep Mustafa away during his custody time and had threatened to relocate. He had sought joint legal custody and a concrete parenting plan.
The dismissal comes weeks after Olivera was granted a temporary restraining order against Mustafa, who allegedly forced her way into Olivera's apartment complex. Mustafa has denied the claims.
For now, the custody case is closed, though Russell could refile in the future.
