According to a report from GMA News Online, the SUV was spotted along a major thoroughfare with unauthorized warning devices, prompting the LTO to take action. The agency reminded the public that only authorized emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars are permitted to use such equipment. Violators face penalties including fines and possible suspension of their driver's license. The driver has been directed to appear before the LTO to explain the violation.
