Luxury Hollywood Hills Rental with Dark Past Returns to Market Amid D4vd Murder Case

A Hollywood Hills rental property, once occupied by musician D4vd and visited by Celeste Rivas Hernandez before her death, has quietly returned to the market as a high-end luxury listing.

The 4,300-square-foot home, featuring four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, is being offered for $23,950 per month. The fully furnished property boasts premium finishes, a private pool, and expansive terraces designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Marketing materials describe it as a "peaceful luxury escape," despite its connection to an ongoing criminal investigation.

This is the same property raided by the LAPD in September 2025 during the investigation into Rivas Hernandez's death, with officers swarming the home after a body was discovered in D4vd's Tesla.

Neighborhood sources reported significant police activity at the location last year, with yellow tape blocking the street and numerous unmarked vehicles present until midnight as investigators combed through the garage and interior.

Following D4vd's departure from the property in October 2025, cleanup crews were photographed removing items from the home as the investigation intensified. The property has been vacant since that time until its recent return to the rental market approximately three weeks ago.

D4vd currently faces murder charges in connection with Celeste Rivas Hernandez's death, with prosecutors reportedly considering the death penalty. The musician's family has publicly expressed support following the charges.
